About 80% of your day is determined by the way we spend our mornings. Of course its very difficult to leave the warm cozy bed and run for the day but its important to prepare your body and mind feel inspired to make your day productive. 

Here are few healthy morning habits that boosts our energy with "Lets Do It Today".

* Don't hit snooze button- It sounds regular and bored but this decides your rest of the day. Don't make yourself worthless by spending another 10 to 15 minutes of your time in bed which is not good sleep and even it doesn't make you feel better.
    You deserve something great for the day and take a step forward to start with more energy. 


* Make your bed- This helps you in decluttering your mind and room which gives you clear space and good thoughts. It is one of the little things that helps in accomplishing first task of the day. Do it perfectly.

Have morning detox drink- It provides relief to the body, makes the skin young, helps in weight loss and boosts energy. Detox drink  may be warm water with lemon or apple cider vinegar or green tea or just consume a glass of warm water at least. This makes your digestion process much better by aiding the digestive enzymes which are in sleep mode the whole night.

Watch Sun Rise- It actually relieves stress and gives you a divine feeling of staying connected to nature. The warmth and rays of morning sun brings the energy to skip all the thoughts running in your mind and focus on yourself physically. Spend some time in the morning sun by reading a book or by gardening or by stretching your body and doing exercises.

Prepare a To-Do-List for the day- This helps you to start your day with clear mind and goals to accomplish. Assign certain time to each activity and complete your task accordingly. In this way you can complete all the promises you make for the day. Also, prioritize all activities and always start with doing the hard task first which motivates you and relaxes your mind without any burden.


* Get Ready for the day - After all the morning chores, fresh up and get ready for the day. Taking care of yourself helps in taking care of others and other activities. It increases your self-esteem. Do not dress up in your night routine clothes. Dress up as if you are going out. You also make good choices and ready for the unexpected invitations if you are ready for the day. 



* Eat Healthy Breakfast - Starting your day with high quality whole grain food improves your concentration levels and energizes your body. Your body listens to you the right way. 
 Also don't skip breakfast, the first meal of the day because brain needs energy to focus and react to the things you work on.





Conclusion - Morning habits are to be followed regularly without fail to make your day more productive and satisfying which in return keeps your mind clear. These little things brings more changes in your personal world like getting good night sleep, less stress and you can spend good time with your family or friends as you already accomplished goals for the day.
